Is my new job consider good for a start out ?

Well I just recently got offer a position of salesfloor at a local Target store with a salary of 7 dollar an hour for part timing. To be honest, I just got out of HS and currently attending college, I'm completely new nor have any experience regarding the world of work. So base on my standing, would you consider the position that I just got at Target a good one for a first timer ?
