Is it really worth standing up to your management?

Most management would rather work with the ';easy-go-luck';; go with the flow with little to no opposition. If you stand up to your management, you may end up being labled a trouble maker, hard to work with, etc... Clearly, management is faulty, but you seem to be basically the only one speaking out. Is it worth standing up, and end up being frowned upon by other?
