is it such a thing as violating privacy on a hob. when the supervisor discusses your issues with coworkers?
my supervisor was overheard talking about my abscenses with the clinical coordinator who in return said fire me. there was also talk about suspending me if I could not come up with excused absents notes dating back to april. I had an excuse for the last absence, so how can they go back to april and write me up without first giving me a verbal warning and discussing it with others before ever discussing it with me. HELP
